2013 First Sutra 40 Day Sadhana
Welcome to the First Sutra 40 Day Solstice Sadhana meditation. We did this Global Sadhana 40 days before the start of the Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration 2013. Even though the 40 days have passed, you can still listen to all 40 days of inspiring messages from 40 Kundalini Yoga teachers.
Each day a different teacher shared his or her reflections on the First Sutra: Recognize that the Other Person is You. At the end of each recording, we chant the Humee Hum Tumee Tum Waheguru mantra for 11 minutes.
